In this video, I break down the process of publishing a course to a learning management system (LMS) in order to create reports for the learning and development team as well as the stakeholders. Using a course I created, I demonstrate how to publish the course, what it will look like to the learners, and what information we can then find in the LMS.

Focusing on the topic of change management, I created a sample course using a variety of triggers, variables and interactive elements. The purpose of this project was to showcase my ability to incorporate those elements which can be integrated as desired in future projects.

In this microlearning course, I share a brief overview of the instructional design process, using tips I read from Cara North and Cammy Bean. At the end, I included a knowledge check in the form of a matching activity.
